Azalia Suarez

Azalia made her way to Lampasas, Texas in 2009 where she now calls ‘home’. After graduating from Lampasas High School in 2012 she completed a Dental Assisting Program and went into the dental field. In 2015, she & Alex Torrez had their son, Alex Cade Torrez. Azalia then decided to pursue a different career path and became a member of the Pratus Insurance team. She joined us in May 2019 and is bi-lingual. During her free time, she enjoys the gym, reading and she can be found at the baseball fields watching little Alex play ball.

Do you still live near where you grew up? Why or why not? No way, lots of miles away. My parents decided to move to Texas when I was a freshman in high school and this is how I ended up here. I always said I would move back when I graduated but life happened and I chose to stay, I love Lampasas!

What’s one artist you are embarrassed to admit you like? Taylor Swift! I love her!

What’s your most hated household chore? Socks and putting laundry away. BORING.

What food have you tried that was the furthest out of your comfort zone? Oysters, and never again.

What’s your favorite sport(s) to watch? Football and baseball.

Favorite team(s)? Green Bay Packers and the Atlanta Braves.

Are you an early bird or a night owl? During the week, an early bird! The alarm is set for 4:30am to go to the gym before work.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work? The older I get, the more I appreciate being home. I love to read and can sit there reading for hours.

What’s your ideal way to spend your weekends? Baseball tournaments and books!

What’s one item you can’t leave the house without? My water jug/cup.
